One expert, personally responsible for the work
Elena Yankovskaya has more than 10 years of experience in financial and investment consulting. Her projects range from Pre-Seed rounds to large M&A transactions involving institutional investors, major banks and Big Four firms. Her role is the financial analysis and the materials; negotiations and the choice of investor stay with the client.

Timing, data, confidentiality and limits
How long does a project take?
It depends on the route, the agreed scope and how quickly data is available. Timing is fixed in the proposal after the task is defined.
What data will you need?
The list depends on the task and is agreed at the start. For early-stage companies without revenue, the work relies on assumptions, unit economics and market data.
How is confidentiality handled?
An NDA is part of the contract by default. Documents are exchanged through a secure channel after the first contact, not through the website form.
Is the first consultation free?

Do you find investors or buyers?
